Matthew and Camila Alves McConaughey are raising their trio of kids to be more than just "alright, alright, alright."
The Interstellar actor and his model wife share sons Levi, born in 2008, and Livingston, born in 2012, and daughter, Vida, born in 2010. As the trio grows older, they're spending more time out and about with their A-list parents. In fact, Levi has decided to follow his father's career path, making his theatrical debut in Way of the Warrior and starring opposite his dad in The Lost Bus.
Over the years, Matthew and Camila have shared some of their precious family moments on social media, and they've stepped out together for star-studded events and red carpets.

For PEOPLE's 2025 Generations Issue, Matthew and Levi posed together for a joint photoshoot ahead of their first movie together, The Lost Bus. The young actor opened up about the pressures "just starting" as he follows in his Oscar-winning dad's footsteps.
Levi continued, "As much as people can say, 'Oh, you got this because of your father or your mother,' they can open the door, but then it’s going to be up to me to do my thing once I get in there. That’s on me."
As his son steps into the spotlight, Matthew said he "tried to give him some tips."
The star said, "It’s important that he has his own ownership of who he is and becomes. And [acting] will be a part of that if he continues to do it, part of finding his identity, but it can’t be his full identity."

In Dad's Footsteps

Levi, who looks more and more like dad every day, joined both of his parents at the premiere of The Rivals of Amziah King during the SXSW Film Festival.
During the appearance, Levi gave his first red-carpet interview, telling PEOPLE about the advice he received from his dad about following in his acting footsteps.
"I mean, he gave me a lot of advice, and he was able to mentor me in a couple different ways," Levi, who is set to make his acting debut in Way of the Warrior Kid, told PEOPLE.
"But I'd say the main thing for acting, and pardon my French, is no bulls--- in' your bones and own what you're doing and make a choice regardless if that ends up being the right one or the wrong one — commit to it and know what you're saying."

Levi paid tribute to his dad on his 54th birthday with a touching Instagram post celebrating Matthew's off-screen accomplishments as a family man and role model.
"People know Matthew McConaughey as an actor and now a writer, but I know him as my father," the teen began in his caption, which accompanied a carousel of family photos. "The man who always makes time for us no matter what, the man who’s always there for us no matter what, and the man that taught me to appreciate the journey and not just the destination."
Finally, Levi wished his dad the best, concluding, "The journeys just getting started…Happy birthday Papai."
