Sharon Stone, the Hollywood actress known for roles in movies like Basic Instinct and Casino, revealed in an exciting new update on social media that she had a cute new member of the family.
The 67-year-old took to Instagram on Jan. 15 to share some photos and videos from her experience at the 9th Annual Astra Film Awards, hosted by the Hollywood Creative Alliance, which took place on Jan. 9 at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
In the post, she snuck in an exciting announcement, writing in the caption, "in case you forgot, now you know ✨ (feat. our newest member of the family 🐶)... Thank you to the @hollywoodcreativealliance for having me❤️🫶."
The first few photos showed off Stone's stunning ensemble for the night, a gold sleeveless neck with a turtleneck and a fringed skirt with a high slit. She accessorized with some cheetah print thigh-high tights and a fringed tan jacket.
The fourth part of the post was a video that revealed the new member of the family, a tiny puppy with brown spots all over, including a sweet brown spot over one eye. At one point, she held two adorable squirming puppies, and while she didn't specify which one she adopted, it was likely the first one, who showed up in another couple of photos as well.

Other photos showed Stone posing in a car with the career achievement award she got at the event, the Timeless Award. During her speech, Stone said, "When you want something as an artist, you should go and get it because you know what’s meant for you and you know where you can fit and where you can make a change with your art.”
"Fame without awareness, success without purpose is pointless," she said at another point in the speech, before telling people to be "decent" and help those around them who have less than they do.
Other celebrities who received honorary achievement awards at the event included Mark Hamill, Elle Fanning, Zoey Deutch, and Park Chan-wook, among others.
In the comments on Instagram, fans praised Shone for her speech and shared some love for the puppy, with one writing, "Beautiful inside and out. Loved your speech @sharonstone."
"That speech was FIRE 🔥😍👏 And so are you!" said another.
Excited comments about the new member of the family included, "The new member of the fam 🥹🫶 Love that baby," "that sweet puppy is adorable!!" and "The little puppy is so cute."
